The main purpose of Making Learning Happen is to air the problems encountered in learning, particularly as this affects the ability to change. Thus, although the intended audience is large and diverse, it tries to help the manager, the teacher and the learner (so that means all of us) to come to grips with the things which prevent learning and suggests some ways to remove or diminish these blockages.
The book is divided into 6 key sections, however, it has been written to be dipped into at any point, as most of the material, such as the Belief and Principles sections, is relevant to everyone.
